In order to celebrate their 50th anniversary, faculty and students organized an event to be held at the school. This event is open to current students, alumni, staff and faculty. A Popular El Paso 1970s dance band Fungi Mungle will play during the dance. An alumni jazz group will play during the reception. A total of 2000 tickets can be sold and they cost $45 each and could be purchased online.
